While no vegan cheese is half as good as dairy cheese, this recipe is by far the best I've found so far. Just make sure to stir the Agar for a long time after it's started to boil, at least 5 minutes to fully activate it.

Used this to make a vegan cheese recipe, you can look it up on youtube, the video is entitled "Smoked Paprika Vegan Cheese Recipe - Soy & Nut Free". While no vegan cheese is half as good as dairy cheese, this recipe is by far the best I've found so far. Just make sure to stir the Agar for a long time after it's started to boil, at least 5 minutes to fully activate it.
