A: Waste of money. Mine did nothing but leak and then completely broke after a few weeks.

**Q: How long to charge it for the 1st time**
A: Use it when you get it. When it's one bar left, put it to charge and do not use it again until all lights go off.

**Q: Can you use any liquid?**
A: Hi, e-liquid yes. 50/50, 70/30, Max Vg, Nic salts etc.

Don't put random liquids in it though - it must be e-liquid.

I love this vape! I've had all the colours through-out the years. From ordering, delivery, everything was excellent. Vape is as expected. Ordered the red one this time. Lovely vape 👌 😍

### ⭐ Nothing but trouble and zero support

When I received this my first thoughts were quite positive, actually feels like a well built product. However it's been nothing but trouble with the coils failing very quickly (within a couple of hours) and getting that horrible spitting of the liquid when using it. I've bought 2 new packs of coils for it and had the same problems with all of them.Thought I may have got fake coils so went to download the smok app to verify the qr codes that come on the packs, trying to download it took me away from the genuine Google play store along with many security warnings from Google about the download site being unsafe so thought better of it.Decided to try and buy some genuine coils direct from smok, but they don't ship to the UK so was back to buying more on here, they arrived and once again the coils were dying within an hour. I then dug out an old phone that I could install smok's dodgy software on without risking my personal info and once past Google warning me that the app I was trying to install had been banned from play store for being a risk of tracking I was able to try and scan the verification QR codes on the pack of coils. I had to agree to it accessing my location and phone book! Before it just said that I'd registered the coils and that was it.The long and short of it is that I have something that while on the face of it seems like it could be good, it just isn't performing as it should and because of the way the company is set up I have no idea whether its because there's fake products out there and I've been caught out or if it is just poor quality. Whichever way you loom at it thus really just isn't fit for purpose and fortunately I'm still within 30 days so gonna send it back.
