Everytime I notice my back getting tight (probably due to how I am sitting or laying down) I go lay on the floor for a few minutes and I love that I can set different heights! Personally, I have made this my few minutes of “me time”, I take deep breaths and just be. The more I relax the more I feel little pops of relief through my back. It has really helped give my back a break.I am fairly active, doing HIIT workouts 3-5 times a week, then sit at a computer for 8-10 hours a day, and I DJ on the weekends so I stand/dance/lean in every strange way. In addition to other mid-lower back issues like sciatica, I have a really tight psoas muscle, which pulls on my lower back and hip. When everything is flared up I can’t stand up straight or sit down comfortably. This helped alleviate a lot of the tension pulling from the front, while stretching my back and giving me more mobility. At least for now I find this more helpful than the wheel for my pain stemming from the psoas to fully relax that muscle, I prefer to lay on a stationary object to not be tempted to engage my core. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars HELP! *by D***E on Reviewed in the United States on March 23, 2020* The instructions were not written well.
