It is very functional and handy with multiple compartments to organize your medical supplies. The red color and Red Cross patch immediately identifies its purpose and contents. The zippers and tough nylon construction are excellent in protecting the contents (dressings, nitrile gloves, Israeli bandages, trauma shears, CAT tourniquet, and other supplies needed to manage bleeding). There are numerous elastic bands to secure and organize items for efficient use! It holds a good amount of supplies in a variety of compartments as well. The front admin compartment has nylon cords to keep it from not spilling its contents. It is the perfect size to hang behind the vehicle headrest by the large D rings for easy deployment when needed. Molle compatible. I highly recommend this bag and the price is very reasonable as well. Review: Amazing bag - Great bag. No rip off back. The flag patch don't match the listing (who cares), I just wanted the bag. The part of the bag where it has two strings that create a 'rigid' opening is just an elastic string you have to adjust to get it right as seen in the listing (could be a very big plus or minus), not sure. To be clear, I'm a huge fan of the it's a very solid bag overall, not cheap feeling but the exact opposite, very solid. I came so close to keeping it. Unfortunately I'm going to return to this as I'm very picky with what I spend on. I would definitely recommend this to a friend, the two pouches are amazing and the build quality is 15/10 but ultimately it wasn't what I was looking for (for my very specific purpose.) Amazing bag overall, super high quality build and materials. I'm just looking for something else very specific. If you're looking for a bag just for your molle gear or to throw into your car trunk or bug out bag, 1000% recommended. Super super nice bag, can't say enough good things about it. Very top notch. ## Features - 1000D Nylon - Imported - Double Layer Design: Tactical molle pouch has two fully open main compartments. The flag patch don't match the listing (who cares), I just wanted the bag. Very top notch. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Much Better than expected! *by C***E on January 21, 2021* First of all, its description is very accurate except it is larger than one might think (but not too large). This can be used as an admin bag but I will be using it as a combination of an admin bag and a 1st aid bag (for bush-crafting/camping) as it has plenty of space. I am quite impressed by the size of this pouch. Also, the quality of this pouch is better than I expected it to be. The material is thicker than you would expect from an item of this type at this price point. The stitching is firm and secure and seems quite solid structurally. The zippers, grommets and the internal cordage, and D-rings on the back are all of high quality and the snaps on the back (that attach to your Molle system) are tight and fasten securely. I appreciate that the clear plastic document holder in the center of this pouch is removable (via Velcro). This means if you choose to use this item for anything other than an admin pouch it will not be in the way. I like the variety of loop straps throughout this pouch as they are on every "page". The only thing that I would have liked to see would be small velcro securing pieces on the very front pouch as you open the bag as it holds things loosely. This shouldn't cause any issues unless you invert the bag, but I feel that it would be better. Overall 5/5! ## Frequently Bought Together - WYNEX Tactical Molle Admin Pouch of Laser Cut Design, Utility Pouches Molle Attachment Military Medical EMT Organizer with Map Pocket EDC EMT Pack IFAK Tool Holder Universal U.S.A Patch Included - FRTKK Tactical Molle Admin Pouch Utility Laser Cut EDC Tool Pouch Bag Horizontal Modular Pouches Include US Flag Patch and Keychain - WYNEX Tactical Folding Admin Pouch, Molle Tool Bag of Laser-Cut Design, Utility Organizer EDC Medical Bag Modular Pouches Tactical Attachment Waist Pouch Include U.S Patch --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pl/products/146647414-tactical-molle-admin-pouch-double-layer-large-edc-tool-pouch](https://www.desertcart.pl/products/146647414-tactical-molle-admin-pouch-double-layer-large-edc-tool-pouch) --- *Product available on Desertcart Poland* *Store origin: PL* *Last updated: 2026-10-07*
