    Great kit, but don't rely on the included screwdriver.

Pros: Kit came with everything needed, and the replacement was done in under 5 minutes. I also loved the included colorful grips to put over the existing thumb stick grips.Cons: the tri-wing screwdriver was of incredibly poor quality, and broke almost immediately.

Bought this to replace one of the analogs on my switch and neither of the new analog sticks worked. I ended up putting the original back in because some drift was better than having no working analog stick at all.
