NEVER try to adjust the time of the clock using the hands. That will break the motor. I liked the choice of different hands. You can pick the hands that you think best fit the size/style of the clock face. **Q: How do I delete items in cart?** A: Change the quantity to 0. **Q: Is the shaft adjustable? I need 3/4" extending from the mechanism.
