They reached out to me apologized and said they are always looking to improve and wanted to know the make of my Polaris. THEN offered to credit me $10 as an apology. I said it wasn't necessary because they work fine, but they still credited me. Wow, what nice surprise to have such great customer service! By the way, they do work great and are heavy duty.
