And it is. Most of my adult life Iove been overweight and understrong.Though I started changing that a year or two ago, I still lack the right muscles(especially the lats) to do unassisted pull-ups. I can do dead hangs from the bar, but negatives are difficult - I just drop too quickly.The loop works excellently for the first 80% of the pull up, but then Iove gotta use more actual muscle.
