The one I had before this was a 13" clear. I had 2 concerns with this one. First was that it wasn't going to deflect the wind like the 13" did. IT DID!!!! I still hear the radio just as good and do not have wind noise at all. Second concern was being able to see through it. The 13" clear I looked mostly through it to see in front of me. This one being 3 inches shorter, I don't have to look through it, I am looking just over it to see down the road, and as for seeing closer in front of me, in the daytime, I have no problems seeing through the dark shield to see the road directly in front of me. I have not ridden it at night yet to be able to have an opinion on seeing through it at night. The smoke shield definitely looks better on the bike then the clear one!!! ## Features - Replacement windshields are manufactured to the same high-quality standards as the original equipment - For Windjammer, Vetter, Pacificoand fits HON Interstate/Aspencade fairings - D.O.T./ANSI-Z26-1-1966 approved - Optically clear and stronger and more rigid than the Factory shield, which gives better movement of air - Distortion-free, optically correct and break resistant ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00JDPZPTY | | Auto Part Orientation | Drivers Side | | Automotive Fit Type | Vehicle Specific Fit | | Best Sellers Rank | #698,766 in Automotive ( See Top 100 in Automotive ) #1,193 in Powersports Windshields | | Brand | Slipstreamer | | Brand Name | Slipstreamer | | Color | Dark Smoke | | Compatible with Vehicle Type | Motorcycle | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 out of 5 stars 297 Reviews | | Item Thickness | 0.12 inches | | Item Weight | 2 pounds | | Manufacturer | Slipstreamer | | Manufacturer Part Number | 2312-0231 | | Material | Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) | | Material Type | Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) | | Model Number | 2312-0231 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Orientation | Drivers Side | | Vehicle Service Type | Motorcycle | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Slipstreamer - **Color:** Dark Smoke - **Item Thickness:** 0.12 inches - **Material:** Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) - **Orientation:** Drivers Side ## Images ![S-192 Windsheild - 10in. - Dark Smoke S-192-10DS - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51wgfSo5f2L.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Will this fit a 2004 1600 Vulcan classic** A: I believe this windshield only fits the model types between 2009 and 2019 **Q: Will it fit my 2011 Vulcan vaquero** A: Hi this windsheild will fit 2011 to 2015 Vulcan 1700 Vaquero. I bought this for long trips after a very windy trip to New Mexico. Installed it today for my next trip. Took My bike out for a test ride and I could hear my stereo at highway speed with a full face helmet on. No buffeting at all. Very easy to install and I can see through it just fine! ## Frequently Bought Together - Slipstreamer S-192 Windsheild - 10in. - Dark Smoke S-192-10DS - AntennaMastsRus - The Original 6 3/4 Inch is Compatible with Kawasaki Vulcan Vaquero | Voyager (2009-2023) (All Models) - Short Rubber Antenna - Internal Copper Coil - Premium Reception --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pl/products/14564697-s-192-windsheild-10in-dark-smoke-s-192-10ds](https://www.desertcart.pl/products/14564697-s-192-windsheild-10in-dark-smoke-s-192-10ds) --- *Product available on Desertcart Poland* *Store origin: PL* *Last updated: 2026-10-15*
