We love the wagon for everything else but it was not the easiest to use on the beach. **Q: Is the handle supposed to pull down so it's easy to pull behind you? The wagon is very easy to use right out of the box, and the wheels turn smoothly and are large enough to negotiate bumps easily. The wagon’s sides are high enough to keep my cargo contained (six grocery bags, for instance, or two full laundry loads). The nylon material is thick and the frame sturdy.
