The initial unit that arrived had the same charging problem others have mentioned. I’d initiated a return, but the company, Roger Electronics, reached out and contacted me. It’s some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. They sent me a new battery case, had fast and accurate communication, and didn’t even require return of the one that didn’t work. The new case is dual charging exactly as advertised. The charge button on the back works as described. There are some chargers with higher mah ratings, but they’re bulkier and heavier, and as near as I can determine, all use the inferior microUSB jack. Now that this one is operational, I’m seriously impressed. Amazon replaced it promptly, so that was good, but I feel that part is a bit flimsy. Besides that I am overall happy with the product. I find it easy to install the phone in the case, and the case size/weight works well for me, not to big.
