The flashlight has a 2 year warranty. I contacted AceBeam for return instruction. I received an address and phone number to return the flashlight. I did not however receive any kind of tracking information. After not hearing from AceBeam for two weeks I sent another email; no response. I sent a second email; no response. I then called the number that I was given. That number turned out to be an international shipping company in California. The person there was kind enough to try to run down my flashlight. The next day I received an email from AceBeam stating that they had my flashlight and please "DO NOT" contact the shipping agent again. Apparently my flashlight was shipped back to China; most likely never to be seen again. I will not be buying another AceBeam product. I expected for the price that the product and customer service would be better.Today is May 25, 2021. AceBeam customer service still refuses to respond to my inquiries regarding my flashlight. I suspect that they put my name on a list to be ignored. Other brands have lights just as good if not better than AceBeam. Do not buy their products! ### ⭐⭐ Excellent product except for the too-easily actuated switch. *by D***A on Reviewed in the United States on January 7, 2020* DID NOT RECEIVE THE WIRED REMOTE SWITCH AS ADVERTISED AND PICTURED. Otherwise, it's a good flashlight, except that the switch is way too easily actuated! I built up a small eighth-inch high guard ring around the switch using UV cured plastic. That prevents accidental turn-on in the provided holster. THIS PROBLEM IS COMMON TO ALL OF MY Acebeam FLASHLIGHTS! That's my only problem with these lights. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wow! I wasn’t expecting it to be this good but I’m glad I was wrong. No one is gonna sneak up on you with this light. Only complaint is I wanted the hunting case version but it’s not available on Amazon.
