Working amazing for me as I go life weights in the gym 4 times a week. I used anabolic 7 years back and I had a left puffy sensitive nipple which was few stages before you call it an actual gyno. This Nutrija DIM has made me packed leaner muscles and got me bit water weight as well and I can say it would be because of the creatine which I m stacking it with. I am exited to come off the creatine and contribute DIM dlr another 20 day before taking a break of 10 days starting my other jar of DIM. I assume it will give me more harder look and subside my left puffy nipple which was the real intention why I purchased this product. I would say it’s value for each penny you depend.
