It arrived quickly, and seemingly intact. I do have one problem, however. I have emailed the contact provided in the product description twice. Once regarding the assembly instructions, and a second time inquiring as to if this product should come with a remote or not.I have never heard a response about the assembly instructions, but I got a prompt reply regarding the remote. I was informed that this product did not come with one.I would really like to finish this kit and would prefer to do that with what guidance the instructions would provide.
