Either way, the suppliers have been unable to give me any support in how to dismantle the tap and hopefully stop the leak, as I would like to keep it if the leak can be fixed, but there is no way to get hold of any instructions on how to take it apart and what needs to be done. The only instructions they can supply are the installation instructions which are of no use at all for taking it apart to replace the cartridge. What a shame the build quality is so poor, because the idea is great.
