The cable is fast to charge and easy to use- I personally don’t transport it around in case I bend the wires and break it so I use it as my main charger at home. I recommend this product as both a back-up or even main charger, and it’s not too expensive- I do think the sellers are really helpful and polite too! ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars Good charger but let down by cheap power cord cable *by A***. on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 on 29 September 2019* This was my second attempt to purchase a replacement charger and first impressions were not brilliant: although it successfully charged my Pro I had to be terribly careful not to disturb anything once I had managed to get an adequate connection or it stopped charging. I put up with it because I was desperate: replacement chargers from the original company are hugely expensive and have absolutely terrible reviews, and close inspection of the photos of all the other chargers I could find suggested that they were actually the same make as the first charger I purchased - which failed in disturbing fashion (involving smoke) on first use. After a week or so, I realised that the problem was that the power cord cable did not make good contact with the adapter box. I found a similar power cord cable from an unused appliance with the same current rating which fitted much more snugly... and the charger has worked perfectly ever since. My conclusion is that this charger - and quite possibly the first one I purchased - are let down by scrimping on the quality of the power cord cable. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Works well charging the laptop while it is in use. *by A*** on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 on 21 October 2019* The power supply itself has a label with power rating of 4.0A at 15V which would make it 60W according to Ohms law. However, I have been using the charger for a couple of weeks now and seems to work well. Previous third party chargers have struggled to actually charge the laptop while it is in use. This one has not suffered with that issue.
