On the adhesive one you get with the Yi cam there is a clip you press to detach the camera.** A: Sorry but I didn’t use this mount for a Yi camera. **Q: Hi, will this fit a motorola MDC100 dash cam** A: Sorry I have not tested with this model of dash cam. The main locating piece that goes in the hole of the dashcam is approximately 10 mm x 8 mm and 2 mm thick. The piece underneath this that goes into the slot is approximately 2.5 mm wide x 9 mm long x 2.5 mm deep. There is also an 8 mm wide locating/locking tab approximately 18 mm from the centre of main locating piece on the unit I have in stock.
