## Description

20" x 30" white double sided foam board sheets are great for any DIY project, display, presentation, wedding, funeral, or art project where quality is necessary. Ideal for use with markers and adhesives, ensuring excellent results. At 3/16" thick, the foam board is sturdy yet easy to cut, suitable for mounting, framing, and model building. Comes in a pack of 25.

Review: I’m impressed! - I usually use Elmer’s brand black foam board for my photography work. The Elmer’s brand works well, but I’ve had issues in the past with significant damage to the edges of the boards which usually come loose packed within a snug fitting box. Shipping damage frequently results in smashed corners to the Elmers boards. So I thought I would try these alternative boards by Flipside in 32” x 40” size, especially as through desertcart they are significantly cheaper than the Elmers brand and come with free shipping. I wasn’t disappointed! The boards came beautifully packaged in a stout cardboard box. Within the box the boards are wrapped in protective sheet and with attached corner protectors. The corners were perfect in every board. The only very slight damage I could find was to a few boards on one edge, where the box had received an impact during shipping, but the damage was very slight and I trim the boards to fit my photographs anyway, so this was not a problem for me. There are some very slight differences between these boards and the Elmers equivalent. The black tone on the Flipside boards is probably best described as very dark charchoal gray, rather than true black, but the Elmers boards are also not true black tone to my eyes. It comes down to a slight difference in the charcoal gray tones, which are only really visible if you hold the two brands side by side. The foam core is also a little different with the Flipside brand - a slightly denser but softer foam structure, compared with the coarser and slightly stiffer Elmers version. I can’t really fault either brand and for the large cost savings I am very pleased with my Flipside purchase - I’ll be buying more!
Review: Good Price, DIFFICULT to cut - I appreciate the great price on this foam core, but I guess you get what you pay for. I work with foam core for my business all the time and have always used a craft-type or utility knife for cutting. Even after changing the blades on both, they were not able to produce a clean cut edge after multiple passes, especially when cutting a curved line. Lots of ragged edges, frustration and wasted time. Will not be purchasing again. Unfortunately, it will take me a while to use up this supply....

**Q: Are these boards for picture framing?**
A: These foam boards are good for art displays or temporary photo displays. However, for permanent picture framing, I would suggest using our acid free foam which will not damage photo's over time. Our part number for this item is 32402.

**Q: What is the Thickness of each individual sheet?**
A: Each individual sheet is 3/16" (5mm) thick.

**Q: Can you write on these boards with a dry erase marker? Would they clean off easily?**
A: No, these boards are not dry erase.

**Q: Hi do you have black color ?**
A: no, I ordered the white board, think they are all 3/16" thick and flat as long as you don't expose them to concrete or moisture from outside or in a cold garage...they will absorb moisture then, and can warp...keep dry and they are a cool materials for an artist like me...richard
