Review: Love them so far, just what I was wanting - UPDATE: 12/1/15 -- I am still liking these for energy, great for my workouts, I am a month into Body Beast and these really help keep me going in the morning. I still only need one in the morning, no jitters just smooth energy and warmth. So far, I haven't seen a big weight loss, but I do feel better overall and would certainly recommend. 10/28/15: I started these 3 days ago, so I will have to come back with a more in-depth review, but for now I love them. I am a female, 5'5" 135 lbs - I take one in the morning before my workout and I get a great energy boost and sweat more than I was. The energy and feeling of warmth lasts through much of the day. (which is great because my office is freezing and I am comfortable these last few days) I can't imagine the dose of 4 in the am and 4 in the pm, but I might work up to two in the am. I would not take in the afternoon, would keep me from sleeping. I am also noticing a diuretic effect, which us a nice bonus. Right now I am doing cardio, but I will pick up Body Beast in a few days and hope that these help as much with lifting as they do with kick-boxing, and most hopefully, some weight loss. I will update in a month or so. If you are looking for a nice easy energy boost, give these a try.

A: In my experience it is not slow release at all quite the opposite ..I get my energy surge in 30mins or so

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Transformed my training

I compete in figure/fitness competitions and maintain a rather exhausting regime of diet, weightlifting and cardio. After years of dutifully marching myself to gym and strict dieting, I started falling out of love with my sport. In short: I hit a brick wall. My hormones were low across the board, my metabolism slowed to crawl and my mood, motivation and workouts became a total drag. I needed to do something... fast. I chose Anadrox not because I was looking for a good pre-workout supplement but instead because I needed a well-rounded bodybuilder's supplement to shift me out of neutral and in to drive. You'll get Vitamin C, Niacin, B6, Folic Acid, B12, Zinc, Copper, Manganese, Chromium-- but don't rely on this as your sole source of any of these things. There's also a chunk of Arginine, Choline and Taurine. The latter and supposed to trigger the "pump" part of the advertised effects, but in truth, I saw little to none of this. For the pumps, go for the original formula of Jack3D by USP labs. The "burn" part comes from tyramine, hordenine, octopamine and 7-KETO. The 7-KETO was the primary reason I picked this particular formula up, curious to see if it would pick up my testosterone levels. Theres also the standard-issue green tea, guarana, theobromine, etc... So: how did I like it? After 45 days using Anadrox twice daily (morning/evening) my blood work came back very much improved. My hormones, thyroid included, were back on the map. I also leaned out quite a bit without changing my diet at all. And now, I am at my heaviest weight and lowest body fat ever. I am actually excited to go back to training and motivated to pick up my diet again. I plan to continue using in tandem with my usual standard supplements: B12, Whey Protein Isolate, Casein and a big jug of oatmeal!
