A: Definitely not a 3 inch heel. I would say 4 or 4.5 depending on how the heel is actually measured.

A: No, they reach just under the ankles just like regular heels

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Narrow feet or high arches - don't size up

For some reason, I let all the reviews that said the shoes were too small and to go up a size get to me. I trusted the reviews and ordered the 8. Unfortunately, in my case, the reviews were wrong and the shoes too large. I should have taken into account that I have a narrow foot and a high arch and ordered my true size but I didn't. I'm irritated that I have to return them but they're so cute and still on sale so I went ahead and ordered my correct size. Moral of the story: if you have a high arch and/or a narrow foot, don't size up when ordering a D'Orsay pump.
