Review: Super Sharp and Great Value - These knives are great, especially for the price paid. I bought them to replace some old wooden handled dull knives I had for years since I was hosting Thanksgiving dinner this year. I didn't want to spend a fortune as I am too lazy to hand wash knives, so if they get ruined in the dishwasher I can replace them without worrying about how much I paid. The knives are super sharp as I have cut myself on them more than once-my fault. They are comfortable to use and cut through everything really well. My only complaint is that the handles are a bit larger than I expected and therefore they take up quite a bit of room in my utensil organizer. I ended up getting a new one to accommodate these and some chef's knives (same brand) that I was given as a gift.

I purchased this some time in December and used these almost immediately. I have had several knives in the past and they all were okay and nothing special. The first time using this I was thinking wow I need to get more on hand. These cut the meat like it was nothing and if you have someone older in your family that has issues with their hands, then I would say to consider these highly. I know of a person who has a very hard time cutting his meal and these knives were a blessing to have for him to use. Now as far as recommending these I say YES ! You will not be sorry as these are very sharp and do the job great.
