Bought on the recommendation of a friend I'm delighted with this dog coat. The fleece liner can be removed easily, I'm unlikely to use it unless the weather is very cold. The lightweight shell is waterproof and easy to clean. Keeps the dogs chest clean and dry and the collar protects her neck well. Only criticism I have is the elastic loops for hind legs, my dog hates them so we just won't use them. That means of course that the back can blow up in windy weather. Perhaps a second velcro strap to go round the belly would be better.
