They sent me two right arms so I could not combine the two pieces a was short two washers but I had some that fit. Disapointed in the put together and for the price I paid would not recommend. But it just isn’t holding up very well. I’ve had it for five months and it was already sagging in certain places only a month in. Granted I have a toddler running around the living room, but I guess I expected it to hold up longer than a month! I will likely have to repair the webbing before the year is over.I see a lot of complaints about assembly—I didn’t have too much trouble putting it together once I figured out which pieces were which. The various backs to the sofa and the chaise did not have the tags on them. So assembling the couch took hours even though there are very few parts to put together. It is impossible to explain how difficult it was unless you’ve seen how this things has been built. Oh, I should also mention the manufacturer sent the wrong color product. So it was late, hard to assemble, and not the product I ordered.
