A quick setting oil-based leaf adhesive specially designed for gilding all types of metal leaf on a wide variety of substrates. If more tack time is required, Quick Dry may be mixed with our Slow Set Size to achieve a wide variety of tack times. As an example: a 1:1 mixture will reach tack in about 3 hours and remain tacky for about the same time.

I did a lot of gilding of outdoor coach lantern finals. This product worked very well. I suggest an undercoating of yellow artists acrylic paint. Since I was working outdoors, I liked the quick setting feature.
