This posture corrector back brace is very comfy, easy to use, and when tightened, I can definitely tell that it incentives you to keep good posture. Although I haven't tried it under clothes, I bet it would be unnoticeable if you want to wear it to work, etc. I plan to try that this week, but so far, I've just worn it at home.
