I was sorely disappointed, however, when my shipment did not arrive as advertised and I couldn't put snaps on items I had planned to take to a party. When I called Snap Source I nicely explained the problem and simply asked if I could have my shipping costs refunded to me. I was transferred to the OWNER of the company, Jeanine Twigg, who was incredibly rude and defensive. She told me, without listening much to my actual issue, that they "literally ship thousands of products with no problems from other customers." She also stated, "what I do have a problem with is customers calling back to ask for refunds on their shipping when they don't pay for rush shipping." The website had listed 3-day shipping, not specifying that you must select "rush," which is why I chose to order from them. If you absolutely must have this product, and admittedly, I like it, try to find it through another vendor and avoid patronizing a company who treats their paying customers in such a manner.
