"A" style pen nibs have a square pen point and are ideal for black and poster Gothic letters, ornamented borders, designs and decorations. Review: Great for trying multiple nibs - I have become a Speedball fan. I really like the products they produce, and these nibs are no exception. I got the assortment to try out some of the nibs I hadn't tried yet, and it was cheaper to buy the set than to buy them individually. I have since tried all of them and they perform very well. Of course I do have my favorites compared to others, but it's a good chance to try several of them at once.

**Q: What nib will work with mt blanc 149?**
A: You own one of the finest, most expensive and well crafted fountain pens ever made that comes with a 14kt gold/platinum combination nib.  Why would you ever want to substitute the Mont Blanc nib for a cheap one of these?  Your question should be, what Ink to use, not what nib.  Pelikan and Higgins both make a workable ink, but I much prefer Winsor & Newton.

**Q: Are these built to fit most pens? I have a featheria pen and want to make sure that the nibs I get will fit.**
A: I believe they're built to handle most all pens but I don't know about a Featheria pen. I's say if the pen is built to the standard of most pens then you're good to go. From what I can see online the nibs for Featheria look the same and appear to have the same curvature.

**Q: Are these good just for writing?**
A: It depends on your style of writing. Basically if you're a slow writer and don't mind stopping to dip your pen every so often, this nib is pretty good especially for stylized writing.

**Q: Will these work with Zig Cartoonist Pen Nib Holder for Manga, Saji Pen?**
A: They should. I don't have one of those but they look like they would hold these nibs.

I have recently re-awakened a dormant hobby of drawing and calligraphy, deciding it was time for some new nibs. In the old days, I could walk into an art store and purchase (loose) a handful of nibs in various sizes. Today, I am forced to purchase a package that includes some I really don't want. Which is the case here. Overall, the package had what I needed and the price was certainly right.
