You have to use an included tool to tighten the collar nut and keep the shroud in place. That’s not too bad, but not very intuitive. The real problem is that you have to insert the bulbs deep into the shroud with a suction cup, align the bulb with two holes you can’t see, and then lock it into place. It took me 10 minutes to wire the fixture, and then twenty more to screw in 3 light bulbs. I’m sure there’s a joke in there somewhere. I’ve installed a few fixtures over the years, and I’m pleased with the final product, but I suggest a little meditation (or bourbon) before installing this one. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really a pain to assemble *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on December 4, 2019* They look nice, function well however they are a real pain to assemble.
