Didn't damage my paint and looks like it never happened. I couldn't recommend this product more. I'll preface that I am a hobbyist, but concrete is concrete and concrete doesn't care who you ate. I make scales bricks for figures/dolls/collectibles and I accidentally left the bricks in too long, so had some cleanup. 1st pic = the product 2nd pic = the before dirty 3rd pic = the first round of cleaning 4th pic = the final result after touch-up TIPS - Read the instructions. Don't let the solution dry up or evaporate cause it's only going to harden. I spray, wait, and start cleaning. Midway, I spray the remaining again to make certain it stays moist/wet. Also, I don't spray with water. With gloved (nitrile) hands, I squish and rub the dissolved solution around to break it all up more. It will feel a bit like clay. Overall it's takes a lot of the product to remove a very thin layer of concrete. **Q: Will this work on cement mixture that was spilled on carpet** A: It will but it will just dissolve the hard stuff into a mush and you’ll still have to get all of that out of the fibers. There could also still be some staining and you will have to use something else to get the stains out. **Q: Will this work for concrete that’s under fingernails?** A: Not 100% sure but it immediately took it off the paint on my car. **Q: Parents had basement walls rebuilt; cement is now on basement old style floor tiles. Will this remove the cement without damaging the floor?** A: I used it on my vehicle and it didn't harm the paint. I would think floor tiles would be more durable than paint. I would try it on a small, inconspicuous spot first. Thank, Sakrete! ### ⭐ Did not remove thin concrete splash/residue *by B***. on April 3, 2019* This product was ineffective on a paper thin splash of concrete mix on a flat surface, which should be the easiest situation for removal. I applied two coats, fifteen minutes apart, per the instructions and then hit it with a 2200 psi pressure washer with a focus point nozzle. Did not budge. Tried second application and this time used a bristle brush agitator. Barely flaked some cement off with the pressure washer. This is the thinnest, weakest, easiest application I can think of for removing cement and this product was basically useless.
