I combine it very lightly on my wrists and neck under my perfume. If you want results I can tell you this seems 5x better than my last pheromone purchase. I will ALWAYS have a bottle. I don’t think this product works for the purpose described, smelled good the first two days, after that the smell changed and now I can’t stand it, didn’t see or feel any change I stopped using it
