La corsa dei tasti L1 ed R1 era limitata, mentre i tasti R2 ed L2 presentavano una eccessiva resistenza alla pressione. Prontamente smontato e verificato che il prodotto corrispondesse esattamente a quello originale, mi accorgo di piccole ma evidenti imperfezioni nella plastica del supporto. Nella fattispecie, i due perni entro cui scorrono i tasti L1 ed R1sono deformati (evidenti imperfezioni di fabbricazione) rendendo inutilizzabili i suddetti tasti; i supporti entro cui ruotano i tasti R2 ed L2 sono stretti, rendendo inutilizzabili anche questi tasti.Prontamente avvertito il venditore, nega qualunque difetto, nonostanze le testimonianze fotografiche che ho immediatamente fornito. Chiedo la sostituzione del prodotto o il rimborso e ciò viene maleducatamente negato. Solo Amazon, dopo aver verificato che quanto io dicessi corrispondeva a verità, provvede a segnalare l'accaduto e facendomi ottenere il rimborso.
