The cushions in the back are extremely soft and very comfy. One thing I did notice is that; the sponge orwhatever material in the shoulder straps seem to be worn out.I completely love the numerous compartments/section that the bag has. This is the bag I’ve been searching for in terms of carrying capacity. I could fit majority of my stuff from a carry-on suit case inside this bag.The usb connector seems a bit old and doesn’t utilize a power bank properly. This isn’t really a bad thing, just use your power bank without the usb connector at the side.Overall it was a very good buy, I’m just worried about the cushioning material being worn out :/Update: My zipper just got messed up.I contacted the seller and informed them about what had happened and they gave me numerous options about what to do next. I am 100% satisfied with how the seller went about providing customer service! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Large, Secure, Lockable, Nice Features *by L***. on Reviewed in the United States on March 10, 2019* Just received this backpack today and immediately stuffed it with what I probably will need for a 3-day trip. I still need to work with the placement of items. I think I rated it 4 star on capacity, which I think is 45 L. The backpack itself only states 17". The pack is well made and lined for water resistance. Using a spray water bottle, water rolled off and did not soak in. A torrential rain might be something else. Also the zipper channels are lined. What I don't understand is why the back most compartment has sleeves for laptops and devices, but it is the center compartment that has a USB cord and out side connection. I didn't have a laptop that wasn't all hooked up, so I used my computer's USB connection to power the backpack connection and then my Logitech headphones charging cord to charge my headphones. Test here was to ensure continuity and it worked flawlessly. There are at least 8 zippered compartments.Big ones have double zippers allowing small padlocks to secure them easily. The back-most compartment has an intersecting ring through which a small padlock can fit (size equivalent to that found on luggage). Pack is nicely padded. There are cloth loops in various places for looping cords, etc. though (these are about pencil-sized diameter.). This backpack has a heavy duty handle positioned center top. The backpack straps are about 3" across and nicely padded. What you don't find and this is a big plus are those multiple straps with plastic connectors that get caught in conveyor belts. Each side of the back has the Nylon net bottle holders. There is a headphones access point center top. There may be other features I haven't yet discovered. My back is black with red trim. Oh, the front most small compartment has a place for pens and paper and a key ring. I couldn’t believe how many pockets are in here. The bag is very lightweight, great material that is easily cleaned, and water resistant. I wanted a bag with a USB port so if I took an extra long trip I could power on the fly. The stitching is secure, and the added trim is nice. Heavy duty cable handle on top and a finger loop on the bottom enable you to toss easily where you’re storing the bag. If you are securing it, there’s a spare key ring that is easily removed in one of the front pouches for your security keys(just be sure to keep your keys with you when locked!!).
