The stretch is amazing, I probably could have sized down but I played it safe and it fits perfectly. I’m 5’5” currently gained weight in my waist/stomach/hips at 135lbs and felt the Small was great. Especially knowing my lifestyle in the summer causes me to lose weight I know it’ll fit even better. For the price I think you get a great workout set. The material is thicker than I expected. Wearing it you feel secure and it holds everything tight, creating a flattering look. I wouldn’t say it’s tummy control like other leggings that are marketed that way but does have tightness from the elasticity of the fabric. When I held the against the body before trying them on they look shorter, but they’re not. They stretch as you put them on and the length was great for me being 5’5”. The only thing I disliked was the feeling of the material isn’t super smooth and like a dry-fit material that most workout sets and leggings are. It’s more on the scratchy side. But doesn’t seem to irritate my skin in anyway.
