The quailty of the material used to make it is of the cheapest quality and consequently develops cracks along the part that hinges. Customer service is of the worst possible kind. When I contacted Hao Hui, they simply said, in effect "so sorry, out of warranty". My feeling is that since they have an inferior product they would want to go out of their way to rectify the situation and provide some semblance of customer service: Has Hui has done neither.
