Comes in a neat little bag you can bring around and instructions on a few exercises to do. I find there’s a lot of exercises I can do after looking up YouTube. Material is rubber which works than different resistance bands which may be more softer. With 5 different levels of resistance, you can find the right band for many different exercises. I found that my leg workouts needed the heavier bands to give me a real challenge, whereas my arm workouts required the light or medium bands.I really like that these exercise bands came with a nice, little bag to store them in. Without a bag these would be hard to manage, getting split up and left all over the place. You can see from my pictures that all 5 bands fit perfectly in the bag, which is roughly the size of my hand.I think another great use for these bands would be to use at work while sitting at my desk. The rheavyubber is soft. They did have a bit of a chemical odor but that dissipated quickly. I will mention that I am 65 and I found that starting out I could only get up to the heavy. Tomorrow I'll try the extra heavy. They came in a nice little black carrying pouch and instructions that I posted on the refrigerator.
