There were a number of choices, but I didn't hesitate to go with UMBRA because of my history with their product. Again, what the heck happened to quality control? This UMBRA product's performance was so poor, that I went ahead and ordered another auto soap dispenser from a different company right away. Initially I was pleased with the replacement's performance, however, it is now sporadic with it's delivery (no Idea why). I am so tired of paying for junk and am ready to stop purchasing from unknown companies on desertcart. I have tried to follow up on their warranties and all of the sudden their listed phone numbers are disconnected or their email contact information is no longer viable (this is pre-covid!). UNACEPTABLE and unfortunate that substandard and shoddy products are marketed on desertcart with no guarantee of customer satisfaction.
