The coveralls are 100% velcro closure, with no zippers. The suit is nothing fancy, but will definitely satisfy your safety officer and NFPA 70e.The size is accurate, but you should choose the next size bigger. I am at the top edge of "large" and I definitely should have bought extra-large. It fits, just barely.Just an FYI, it is impossible to breathe in the helmet. Once you flip the visor down, you have about 30 seconds to do your job before you start suffocating. For throwing a switch, it's fine.
