Just transferred the item into glass jars for storage.Very pleased with the amount of herbal extract received. The product seems fresh and tastes no worse then any other root powder. There are no suggested doses so we're starting with a dose of one half to no more then one teaspoon a day. We loosely based this dose on one fourth of the recommendation of the pure root in the Adaptogens book by Winston and Maimes.
