17" Overall, 5.25" handle, 10" Blade Hand forged 10 folds, 1024 layers, HCS 1065 steel tempered differently under the traditional Japanese hand sharpening process. Tuska (handle) wrapped with genuine Ray skin single pegged. Red lacquered finished scabbard. Includes a deluxe Ryumon Wooden box.

This is just plain junk. The blade looks good but was loose in the wooden grip out of the box. The wooden scabbard was cracked, and when I took the grip  off, the wooden core of the handle was cracked too. It was stuffed with some plastic to make it rattle less but that didn't help. I tried to repair it, but the quality of the steel is so poor that the first time I tried to cut with it (soft targets on a wooden stand,) the blade rolled and dingeded badly and the grip completely broke. Losing the end cap. Totally worthless.
