Fine, it could happen but the frustrating part that no one answers the customer service phone. There is a voice message asking to leave name and phone # but no one returns my calls. The web site is worthless. I have send an email and nobody has contacted me.Is there any way to communicate this to Amazon and see if they can help me? I have a very sad 7 years old granddaughter that is disappointed with Santa.Based on this experience I would not recommend this product nor the company. ### ⭐⭐ Queens, NY *by M***Y on Reviewed in the United States on January 17, 2014* This item it not of great quality In less than a month the AC adapter stopped working we had to contact the company which was a very tedious task since no one picks up the phone or return voice mail messages. My husband finally was able to get a live person that took care of the problem. Its been less than a year and the fan motor stopped working and no one has gotten back to us. I received a call from Goglory sports on 12/22 asking if I still wanted the item because there was some sort of delay in them receiving the order. I said I did still want it... received the table on 1/3, was supposed to be 12/31. Assembly was pretty easy, but after just a few minutes of playing time, the fan completely died. Contacted goglory & they sent a new fan, but the Wrong size fan. Contacted goglory, again, to request the correct fan.... we received the Wrong fan Again!! Contacted seller and had to send photos, dimensions, & proof as to what size table we received to request another fan which arrived correctly. This whole process took over a month to correct.
