I had surgery on my IT Band 2 times ~ the doctor never suggested this roller. Huh??? I’m supposing he didn’t know about it. 🤦‍♀️ SMH TWO SURGERIES! I believe it is a strong possibility I did NOT have to go under the knife. Nevertheless I have this now & can work this out in time at my convenience in my own home. I must note, there is some pain that goes along with using this, but I strongly believe this roller will work it out correctly and completely. Is lightweight, and very durable. It’s VERY hard; but you need it to be that hard in order to work out the kinks.
