I asked for a replacement and it arrived fast. I do not like this product at all. I thought it would make my life easier but it does not. The food does not come out automatically. I think this would be good if you used it for a cat, but it is not great for my dogs at all! It is cute....so far, and she had not made a mess.....yet.
