The interface is childlike and amazingly difficult to use with the remote.When I tried to use Netflix (which is pre-installed) I am told to update it. On trying an update I’m told that the update is not compatible with this device, so I tried to use the current version. I couldn’t get past the log in page! It says there is no internet connection and the time and date is wrong on my device.So I gave up on that and tried BBC iPlayer.I managed to log in to iPlayer and tried to navigate around the app to play something. This is disastrous, there is no way to know what you are actually clicking on. Anyway I tried to play anything and finally some show started. Result! Not really.....the picture quality is so bad it’s not even SD. So this piece of crap is going back.Do not buy this unless you want to send it back as well. It’s the worst tech I have ever bought. I just does not work.
