There is no method to finalize patient consult notes or print them out. You receive nothing more than a postcard with an access code. If you ask customer service for help, they will ask which version you are using? The version is nowhere listed on the crappy postcard sent to you. I took pictures of the problem and emailed customer service so that they could get a better idea of my problem. Still no reply! Save your $40.
