Review: Great little gear puller. - This gear puller was just what I needed to pull the flywheel off the Briggs & Stratton engine on my Craftsman lawn tractor. The only other things that I needed to get it to work were 4 flat washers, 2 longer bolts and 2 nuts. Worked like a champ plus I can use it for pulling gears and pulleys.

**Q: How long is the not threaded part on the tip?**
A: The non-threaded tip is 7/8" from threads to the point on the tip.

**Q: Come with a case?**
A: No case

**Q: Does it fit 1/2" bolts?**
A: I measured the width of the slot where the pulling bolts go. Looks like 3/8” max 1/2” is about a 16th of an inch too big for the slots. So I would say the answer is NO it will not take 1/2” bolts.

**Q: do you sell a longer 5/8 screw for this puller I use pieces of an old puller to push pull injectors out of old ih Diesel tractors and I stripped my 5/**
A: OTC 24832 is 13" forcing screw for 7392 that will also fit 7393.  I stock it.

Bought this to help get a stuck flange off a 2008 Volvo XC70 and it worked perfect for pulling the flange off using two spare bolts Just an added tip: For reinstalling the flange, and loosening the center nut, a Volvo 999-5433 (CTA Tool equiv. CTA-7635) counter-hold (used for other Volvos to install the harmonic dampener) works like a charm
