They replied and were very helpful. They confirmed that the item is indeed NOT surge protected if you receive a 3 way PDU. The Surge Protected one is only 2 way. They suggested I return the product (which I will) and they are looking into how this error happened. Original review: The name of this product on Amazon here says it has Surge Protection, which is why I purchased this product over others. It does not! This is completely misleading and deceptive. The item received does not mention surge protection anywhere on the packaging or on its labels.
