THIS board actually has an issue with running Linux. The IRQbalancing causes kernel panic and you need to turn it off which degrades network operations. It looks like the issue has existed for years without remedy in place, though I tried several Ubuntu Server distributions and read a number of write-ups on the issue. I don't develop with Microsoft's suite of embedded tools, so this means I'm stuck with degraded network processing. I do, however, enjoy the IO and the low power consumption. This board is happily resigned to being a development box.EDIT (03 JUNE 2019): Since my original review, the Linux Kernel or Ubuntu has been able to add bug-free mainline support for this board.
