This unit does a ok job and slowing the cooling of the coffee. If you set the temp to high it will revert back to med upon placing the cup back on the unit. Also the power cord is not protected coming out of the back of the unit and it has rubbed a fair amount of the cord against the plastic housing. The heating pad is small compared to others on the market. I would have purchased other unit if i was to do it over again. ### ⭐⭐⭐ I want a warm cup of Tea! The heating element certainly didn’t do the job. When I had my mug of Tea on the heating element and not moving the mug of tea ☕️ it constantly just turned itself off and on by itself. Nor reliable at all! ### ⭐ It was to small to fit the coffee cup *by C***R on Reviewed in the United States on January 20, 2020* I really had high hopes for this warmer as a Christmas gift for my dad but unfortunately it didn't live up to his expectation and he constantly complained on how it didn't fit his cup.
