I've crashed it several times and it's never been a problem at all.This kite is really fun to fly and I thought easy to get the hang of as well. The nice thing is you don't have to be careful with it, you can just go for it and try anything you want because if you crash, it's not damaged. Winds around here are usually at least somewhat gusty, and this handles it fine. In a very light breeze (like barely anything) it will kind of float and not be very maneuverable, but it doesn't stall unless the wind almost completely dies. In strong wind it pulls quite hard, and you can whip it around very fast. The higher the winds, the faster the kite will move.The winder that comes with it is just fine for wrapping everything up because with this kite you're meant to start with the lines all the way out, not unspool them after it gets in the air. It has an elastic band to keep everything in place when you wrap it up. It's a little bit of a squeeze to get the kite back into the bag, or else I haven't gotten the trick of folding it right, but it works.I also found it easy to launch by myself as long as there was a pretty good wind. It comes with instructions on how to do this. With a light breeze it might be harder, but that isn't very good kite weather anyway. Often I could get it back in the air after a crash just by tugging on the lines, it just depends how it lands.Overall, I highly recommend this kite. Great entertainment and it seems well made at a good price. ### ⭐ Beware. There is no detachment point on this kite. *by M***S on June 22, 2014* This kite seems to be of OK quality, but when I received it, I noticed that the line set was attached to the kite. I carefully unfolded the kite & found that the line set was attached by the standard larks head, but there were no detachment points on the kite to secure the bridle. If you are not interested in detaching your line set then you have nothing to worry about. I will be sending this one back. ### ⭐⭐ Tangled mess *by A***R on April 3, 2013* First off, the design is not at issue. It flies easily. But as you spend more time with it, u will find urself constantly unraveling the strings. Especially on an windy day, it tends to get tangled up in a huge mess after a couple of flights. I've spent more time unraveling the strings then flying the kite.
