Hers wouldn't use it, so she thought ours might. And he does. We love this thing so much that after we lost ours at a truck stop on our way home after a road trip, we immediately ordered a new one. It's all one piece and you can literally just stop on a trail and give your dog water, dump the excess, flip it closed, clip it to your pack and you're on your way. No setting out bowls, filling, refilling, storing, etc. Occasionally we do get a leak, but we're usually careful about where we lie it down if it's not hanging off something. This is always one of our must-haves whenever we're out, whether it be a hike, road trip or even just a long walk in the warmer months. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ convenient to carry on walks *by T***N on Reviewed in the United States on March 8, 2023* I like it because you carry the water and the container in one dispenser. My dog likes it because the dispenser is not very deep and he can easily drink from it. There are similar dispensers but they are deeper and my dog doesn't like it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is a really wonderful product. Only needs a few minor modifications.... *by M***R on Reviewed in the United States on August 20, 2018* I've had Gulpies for many years, in fact ever since they first came out. They are indispensable on a dry hike where there is no water available for the dogs (I need about one Gulpy per dog for a four-mile hike, by the way). When I saw that it now includes a loop so you can attach it to your pack I was so excited! The belt clip thing never worked. The bottle would flop out and it was just impossible to carry it that way. I could put it in a pocket of my backpack but that was inconvenient because I'd have to take off my whole pack to get at the bottle when I hiked alone. Now I could actually clip it onto a loop of my pack in front or onto a big water bottle and it was easy to access. For a while it was wonderful... but unfortunately the loop turned out to not be durable, it broke on one of them after about a month of hiking. I just bought some Sugru to repair the broken Gulpy and reinforce the unbroken one, but I'm just a bit disappointed. I thought it would be a vast improvement over the old Gulpies but such was not the case.After the loop broke (which unfortunately happened just a few minutes into a hike when I wasn't wearing a pack) I happened to have a rubber band that I could use to keep the bottle from flopping out from the tray when I clipped it onto my belt. Actually, the belt I had on wasn't strong enough to hold it so I had to clip it over the waistband of my jeans. The sharp plastic clip rubbed against my skin which wasn't at all comfortable, so I had to keep moving it around. I dealt with it, but it wasn't a really comfortable hiking experience!So, if this were my product I would do a few things to change it into a really superior product:1.) Reinforce the loop so it won't break so easily2.) Put some sort of cushion around the belt clip, and3.)
